I don't really care about my PE GCSE- it's not like it's gonna help me in my life or anything. I just do it and see what happens. ;D

It's like...okay, you have high school, right? Well, just before you finish high school, in yr 11, you take your GCSEs- these exams. They help you get a job, but not as much as A and AS-Levels do- you take those once you get into yr 12 and 13, but you don't HAVE to do them. It's sort of like graduating. In yr 9, you choose what subjects you want to do- six have been chosen for you- double GCSE in English, maths and science (maybe a triple one in science depending on your grades) and you get to choose four. In my case, I've chosen art, product design (woodwork) Latin and geography. I'll take GCSEs in all and hopefully end up with either ten or eleven GCSEs which should help me get into sixth form as well (yrs 12 and 13.)
God that took a while! ;D

But you don't HAVE to go to university, so technically not everyone graduates. ;D

I want to study *everything* in college! French, history, psychology, law, equine studies, everything I've wanted to at some point major or minor in. I'm not gonna be able to fit it all in the schedule, I know. ;D

They all kinda fit that description. ;D But it's ok...I'll pick the ones that I feel are going to be most useful in finding a good career. (And of course the classes that are held at the best time for me... )

I've been asking myself that for ages, but since I presume you are older than me, you've got to worry about it more. ;D

Well, I'm 17 and I start college this fall. Luckily I don't need to declare a major til junior year. I'm thinking I want to be...
~school psychologist? ~lawyer? ~guidance counselor/teacher? ~something in the equine business (considering the college I'm going to is very heavily involved in horses)?

Oooh, oh, I wanna be a lawyer! *she says in a kiddie voice* *cough* ;D Yeah, no, I do wanna be a lawyer, because it sounds like one of those jobs that's always changing and that involves a lot of social interaction. ;D A friend of mine wants to be a horse vet, and that sounds pretty cool too.
