Panel? What you mean his tail? Oh now I see...on her account. Well I can tell you that the picture of Randall at the end panel is...well...just that, a picture. It's part of the wanted poster out on him. *chuckles. If you look closely, you will realize a kinda fatal flaw in the design (it's the best comic-version of Randall...but there's a mistake the others didn't make). See if you can notice.
No worries everybody. I'll be purchasing the comics, giving out the info, and getting up screens when I can.

Which is why you all shouldn't be assualting the comics so much. There are MANY holes where Randall is concerned. His exhile is completely ignored, so is his relationship to Waternoose, and any of Sullivan's regrets.
*shakes head* I didn't note this before...but in the Monsters Inc. game version, the Randall in it was last seen escaping through a door, not being exhiled. The comics MAY be as said "other canon" in that it's instead following other material, perhaps this game version. Which, of course, makes it not the more "trurer canon".

A note to make is that she is an artist. And as such, she is responsible for seeing and drawing what is there. Perhaps to better emphasis this, she wasn't given the complete work at first. And thus, her enterpretation came from just the first issue at the time.

*shakes head* Them killing this Randall off is not clear yet....they might still do it. *looks up* The saving grace I have is that somehow it's just an orcastration on this Randall's part....I mean the way this one looked at the end, it's as if it was an annoyance he was caught. The look was like someone who "had a plan, but it's a little sidetracked now so I have to think of something else".
==========
*shakes head* As it stands Mentalguru, so far in this comic story, this Randall's exile is non-existant. No evidence points to it being recalled. And the use of a wanted poster shows the CDA conspiracy hasn't even been touched on.

I remind again this is just the first part. It's not a stand-alone story, it's a part of a three/four one.
*folds arms* It just seems strange....Waternoose in jail...no comments on this Randall's exile....it was planned I think. I mean think about it...logical that they SHOULD mention Randall's exile...logical that he would (if they wanted to show him evil) go after Boo...logical that Waternoose would have gotten out without Randall testifying. It just seems all...wrong. Perhaps this IS what the comics were originally. A sorta "thought dump" of ideas from Pixar. Ideas for sequels and events that they might or did want to do, but felt were not "the proper sequel".
*shakes head* No no no. Remember. Back then, even Steve made a motion about Randall being the villain. But remember....this was when Eisner was STILL around. And it is becauseof THAT man that Randall got the negativity. Steve and Pixar had to say some things, as tension was already high with Eisner. (I feel it clever and hope they portrayed it this way....that Pixar made it that Waternoose symbolized Eisner while Randall symbolized Pixar)
