Hmmm, seeing as though my magicful jedi powers sense there would be a big dicsussion about this on the "The Island" board for Steve Buscemi, let's start a new thread. What did you think? What was great? What could have been done better? Personally I liked it. -Lauren ;D

Haha Sean - I loved the deep complexity of your comment. The metaphorical feel totally spoke to me. Meah...I liked the last one better. More cute little alien interactions. You'd think with such a big budget they could have had a competant writer? Personally, I'm not a Hayden Christiansen fan. His range of emotion seems to be: angry sad ???Lost Otherwise - It was a pretty good film. I cracked up at the "nooooooo!" part.

Well...me and Star Wars have a rugged past but...
Star Wars....really set the mood....for other science fiction adventures to expand. That....with any SciFi story, something from Star Wars is there. Whether the galactic ships or the bolts of gun fire...
The first set of three were amazing, bettering each one before it. The story was keen. Flashy effects were many, but they didn't spoil anything.
The latest three mix into the story really well. How Lucas fused together what happens in the next three, with these three is amazing.
Personally, he should do Leia's story for the next three installments...

LOL! Dork off! I win.
Meah, I've never been much of a Starwars junkie. I went with one who was, and I asked: "Aren't there seven movies?" He promptly replied.
"NAME THE SEVENTH ONE! NAME IT!"
"Umm...Malice of the Ewoks?"
hehe.
I liked the movies enough to wait in line to see this one. There was one guy...about fifty...in a kilt and Jedi jacket! LOL! I just laughed so hard, I was hiding my face in my coat.

A mini review, this is: well, saw the film the other day and have to say thought it was excellent, maybe even the best of the six. saying that, it's been a looong time since I saw the originals and ep's 1 and 2; phantom menace and attack of the clones, respectively. I'm not even a big fan, to be honest. I just loved the conflicted character of this jedi who would eventually become Vader. thought it was really nicely done. and the action was great too; wasn't that creature that Obi-wan rode on so cool(sorry, I don't recall it's name)?? Great, it was. wow that kilt thing is very odd, rathereccentric! I'm relieved to say the fans who attended our cinema weren't so hard-core! And I am a Dork-and proud! ;D xxx

LOL ahhhh! They're coming after us next! * Personally, I liked "Attack of the Clones" better. The little everyday lovable alien interactions *say between Anakin and Watoo* weren't there as much, and really that was my favourite thing about the films. Plus...Jar Jar had no lines! *WAILS* And Watoo wasn't there! *Wails and BAWLS* Oh yeah..that lizard thing was cool. I have no idea what it was called. Reminded me of PitbullLady! She probably has one running around somewheres * Yeah...El Kilto as I've so lovingly dubbed him was an interesting chap to lay eyes on. * *Hands Lil Bandit giant glasses and a plastic lightsabre* Woot! You're in the dork club!

Lol, I was reading a review of the new Star Wars, and apparently, at the end of the film, some of the audience stood up and clapped, shouting out that they were doing so simply because Jar Jar didn't have any lines. ;D

I have never been very much into Star Wars. I think I only saw the original Star Wars - and that was when I was, like, 8 or 9 or something. But I was always intrugued by the movies since then. I highly appreciate sci-fi movies that are made well and have a good storyline and everything, so Star Wars is certainly a worthwhile watch.
But, as for the new one, I actually got to see part of SW 3 (mostly due to the fact some of our relatives who stupidly brought little kids along to the theater had to leave and we had to go with them). Hopefully I can go back and see the whole thing. *shrugs* if not, I guess I'm gonna have to wait for it to come out on DVD.
