Wow, where did you guys learn all this stuff?! It says that the Scarers earn minimum wage in "Monsters, Inc.: The Essential Guide", which is a book, by the way. NOBODY with a college degree, who can get any other job, is gonna work for minimum wage; I know THAT from my own experience in the work force! There have been many websites, and the extras on the DVD, that have stated that Sulley originally worked as a janitor until Mr. Waternoose found out that he was with the company, and promoted him to Scarer. It's even mentioned on IMDb. And YEAH, minimum-wage jobs ARE "blue collar", as is any job which would not require a degree. Whether it's scaring kids or flipping burgers at some fast-foot restaurant, or changing tires in a service station, or scrubbing store windows, it's still "blue collar". "White collar" jobs are those which typically require at least a Bachelor's degree, and usually pay more(unless you're a teacher). pitbulllady

The balance is completely wrong. They say 4 out of 10 nurses that have recieved their qualifications can't find jobs anywhere.
