eep. I was hoping people had forgotten all about that "beginning" story...and others I've done too, for that matter! I just don't have time at the moment, college is evil and forces too much work on me But thanks very very much for the comments on it, Green stars. Hopefully will get my ass back into gear and start writing again soon. if college doesn't kill me first xxx PS: its fun to be a freak! *waves freak flag high*

Oh darnit. I was really into it too. I kept wondering how Randall would go about getting himself a kid. I guess a few more sleepless nights thinking about it won't hurt...
But that's okay. I sympathize with college being evil and all. Finals are coming up and I haven't even registered for next semester's classes because my councelor knows squat about which courses are transferable to the university so I can get my major in psychology. I'm pissed.

Just like Randall? I consider those to be the kind of crows feet with sex appeal then. What have you done over the past three years that could have caused your sleep deprivation?

Well actually I did it myself. First starting off because I was tired (no pun ^_^) of School taking seven hours of my life away. Then I switched it to being an experiment with Randall's condition. So faintly....I did it myself.
Well yeah. When I stand beside him in the mirror we mistaken our reflection for each other ^_^
Ditto to that Cool ^_^

I would be too! my teacher is hopeless (well whenever they decide to turn up) and then we're expected to hand in a ton of work they've not even been present to give us! Grrrr... Yeah Lizard-Girl- I third that along with Sean xxx

Like our RS teacher- she was teaching us about some sort of Muslim religion, and my friend, as the teacher was talking, began to doodle on her peice of paper, writing some religious Muslim word and colouring it in. Miss Knap came over and said "what's that?" and my friend was like, "what you're teaching us- the blah blah" and Miss Knap said "what does it mean, what is it?" because she genuinely didn't have a clue as to what it was even though she had been talking about it a few minutes before! She texts all lesson, makes us listen to Usher, and leaves us in the classroom halfway through a test so we can cheat!

GEESH! The schools you guys go to are NOTHING like schools here at all! Teachers absolutely CANNOT, under threat of actual arrest and imprisonment, let alone being fired and sued, leave a group of kids unattended for any reason or amount of time whatsoever! If we leave, and something happens, like a fight, or some kid deciding to climb on top of a bookshelf and someone gets hurt, the teacher is 100% responsible. That means WE have to pay ALL medical costs, lawyer and court fees, we lose our jobs and teaching certifications, and can be actually taken to prison for child neglect and endangerment! If a teacher is to be absent, he/she MUST call in to the office and let them know, and the teacher has to arrange for a substitute to take his/her place. At the elementary level, homeroom teachers escort their kids to special-area classes, like Art, and have to keep them in their rooms if that teacher or a sub is not there. At the high school, when kids change classes, there's no such thing as a "cancelled" class-either there will be a substitute teacher in the room or the students will be instructed to go to another room where another teacher is teaching that same subject.
But yes, there are still teachers who teach directly from the text and do not know squat about the subject. This isn't their fault, since in many cases the school districts force them to teach in areas where they aren't qualified. I've had to teach Language Arts and Math, and I'm only certified in Art! The school administrators get more "mileage" out of a teacher by spreading them thin like that, and don't have to hire new teachers to fill those positions. That is supposed to end by 2006 with the Federal mandate, "No Child Left Behind", but I have a feeling the school districts, which are evil incarnate, will find a way to skirt around it.
