I think Sully was the first character I liked, of course he was the main and I can't really hate main characters, I like Mike too, go ahead toss me in the shredder, I thought he was funny, but that's just me, Randall, yes I like him too, Boo, she's adorable, Sully though she flushed herself down the toilet, hah.

Oddly shaped tehe ^_^ Actually I don't really find Bloo overly annoying, since if you look at him completely (especially early on) you see he's actually got saving gracies that Wazowski doesn't.
*blinks as if never heard of Beetlejuice* Na. But would that be shocking? ^0^ Actually I go more for the movie given the quirky quality. Have seen a little of the series (recall the episode where a certain word was said and Beetleguice split into several parts) and the less-than-savey game. ------------------ Oh yeah, I forgot about the coward thing...that's yet anothing saving grace for Bloo. ------------ *blinks* Oh...you HAVE been looking around the board to know about Randall telling Wazowski that ^_-

You're metalguru... you wrote 'Connections'... can I just say how amazing that fic is? It's one of the best- if not THE best- Randall and Boo-centric stories I've ever read! =D
I liked Sulley off the bat- his wakeup/training was a great intro to his normal life (fight that plague, scary monsters don't have plague!) and he's really such a sweet guy. And Mike made me laugh despite his obnoxious personality. Having a tiny, two-year girl scaring such a big monster was just such a stroke of brilliance- I love Boo for that. Randall was just that 'cool lizard guy' for the longest time in my head until I watched the movie a few more times.
I don't hate Mike-if I ever met him I think the most I'd do is kick him in the shins a few times for being so pushy- and he does have some of the best lines in the whole movie. ^-^ The whole hallway scene with Randall, oh man XD Sulley playing Fi-Fie-Fo-Fom with Boo was so adorable.
That would be shocking XD. I saw the cartoon series first- imagine my surprise when I found the movie! Ah, but I love 'em both. How can you resist the Ghost with the Most? ^_- (I didn't know Beetlejuice had a game!) --
I, heheh, maybe lurked a few days before summoning up the commitment to join. I actually kinda feel bad because I tipped the pretty number of 69 to 70. But, yeah, I find that little factoid veeery interesting... sorta setting the stage for later relationships... considering I don't play video-games, here's the only place I could have found it.

*blinks* UGH GREAT...ANOTHER one *falls*
In all honesty I think Sullivan works out too much 0_0 Not sure if that's a good thing for a furry, though I can probably understand the weight issue....then again the more weighty you are there is considered...well...
Of course that also shows a bit of Randall's trying side in that scene. Wazowski just blantly makes remarks that shows he doesn't even know much about his own job. I was actually very surprised that Randall recovered for a moment ("I get a time out") Heh ^_^
Oh yeah, it had a game. Long time ago for....Super Nintendo I think. But the reviews for it were so bad, the Angry Video Game Nerd reviewed it ^_^
Actually there ARE some less-than-savy things associated with 69 0_0

Mike even tells him when he can and cannot speak in the movie. Some friend, huh? pitbulllady

Heh. Sorry Ran. But you are fascinating. ^^
I dunno how the fur would factor into that sort of routine... Well, muscle is quite a bit heavier than fat. And a light morning workout is probably a great warm-up for a long, hard day of Scaring- right Randall?
I know. XD Wazowski's a little bit thick sometimes.
That bad huh? XD The Angry Video Game Nerd can be quite funny sometimes- we watch him during lunch at school when we run out of Yu-Gi-Oh the Abridged Series.
Really? *blinkblink* but it looks like such a peaceful number... is there something wrong with RareEarth metals?
I suppose can be said in the Eyeball's defense that he at least motives Sulley. Without Mike driving him, Sulley would just fall into a content, easy pace, wasting his potential as a Scarer.
Blows off steam after work with exercise, ah?

Uhh that wasn't Ran...that was me ^_^ He usually goes with quotation marks when he talks on here or something else...though he does share my opinion 0_- Or should I say vice-versa 0_-
Well you would certainly get hotter, sweater, and maybe more tired. Again not him ^0^ Jeez..I'll have to grab him if he has time one day...
Painted...teh...*shakes head* Sorry just laughing at it heh.
REALLY? Good...someone else who knows him ^_^ The guy's great...love his reviews ^_^
Hmm? 0_0

Oops- sorry. Twice. ^^;
I guess... how exactly does sweating work for furries anyway? I know dogs sweat through their paws and noses... I bet Sulley's a great swimmer though. For the big cats- like tigers- it's a great way to cool down their heavy coats.
Yeah ^_^
Sorry, stuck in science mode. Been (trying) to do some summerwork, so the books laid out in front of me... Atomic number 69 is an element called 'Thulium' which is part of the lanthanide series. It's one of the rarest of the apporantely named 'rare eath metals'. It also makes lasers =D

No prob ^_^ He does live here so it can be a little confusing. Though I do take it as a compliment ^0^ We're kinda alike.
Well I know rats do so through their tails....unsure for others heh.
Yeah hehe ^_^ I got his theme song and some of his memorable ones (Adams Family and the Christmas theme) on key ^0^
Ah researcher ^_^

Atomic number 69 is an element called 'Thulium' which is part of the lanthanide series. It's one of the rarest of the apporantely named 'rare eath metals'. It also makes lasers =D Most furry animals don't sweat except through the pads of their feet and their noses, but some do pant, which allows cooler air to flow over blood-rich gum and tongue tissue, cooling that blood, which flows through the rest of the body. Apes sweat just like humans do, even though they are covered in fur, and many monkeys actually urinate on their own hands and feet to cool them, yuck! I'd hate to have to clean out the drain of a pool, or a bathtub, after Sullivan has taken a dip, though. Cooling off wouldn't be the problem; after all, a thick coat of fur can insulate against HEAT just as effectively as it can against cold, especially in a large-bodied animal. MY question is, how long would it take him to dry OFF? I mean, showering and then going outside on a really cold morning would be out of the question, wouldn't it? pitbulllady

I'm sure they have some sort of dryer system or something that's like a giant hand-drier.

More like Knower of Random Facts. XD
About the sweating- that's interesting, and in some cases, disgusting! XP I know what you mean- semi-frozen hair is not fun. I'm going with some sort of super-dryer system for the furry monsters, if not just a long towel off after a bath. It doesn't really take that long to dry off a dog, even the really big ones, and what doesn't rub off is usually quickly evaporated. Maybe it wouldn't take much longer for Sulley than a human toweling off and blow-drying after a shower.
Then again... a super-blower might come in handy in say, work showers. Like those new dryers- have you seen them? It feels supremely weird- that you stick your hands in and they blast from all sides. Very quick. Very efficient. A bigger, walk in, version would work wonders on the furries.
I wonder how much time Sulley spends grooming... that's a lot of fur to brush every morning...

A bigger, walk in, version would work wonders on the furries. I wonder how much time Sulley spends grooming... that's a lot of fur to brush every morning... Those hand-blowers don't even dry HANDS off-today at the the Florence Civic Center some enterprising graffitti person has taken a Sharpie marker and written directions on the one in the ladies' room: 1. Press button. 2. Hold hands under blower for five minutes. 3.Give up and wipe hands on pants/shirt. That last step is the only one that's ever worked for me, seriously. If I had time to just stand there, it probably would dry my hands, but the only time I encounter these things are when I'm traveling or doing something and in a pretty big hurry to get out of the bathroom and back to either driving or whatever else I was in the place for, in this case, an outdoor sportsmen's(and women's)exhibition. I gotta ask, TH-what kind of dogs have you had to bathe? I've had to bath Akitas and wolves, and it takes FOREVER to wet one or to dry one off! Their coats resist water like a duck's feathers, but once you manage to get the water worked into that undercoat, they stay wet. I used to have to bathe the Akitas at least 3-4 days before a dog show and hope they didn't get into mud before show time, since it would take one that long to dry off completely to where you couldn't feel dampness in the undercoat. And the darned wolves were so tall I'd have to bathe them at a local car wash that has a hose sprayer attachment; I'd just stand them on a least where you would normally park your car to wash it and use the hose to wet them down and rinse them and bring my own dog shampoo instead of using the soap option for cars. Needless to say, it attracted quite a crowd. pitbulllady

Charming XD Sorry about your dryers. I hate when all they've got is broken machines and no paper towel what-so-ever... I usually end up shaking my hands in the air like an idiot before wiping them on my jeans.
Quite few actually, though nothing like- yikes, wolves?- Really?- Real, six-feet long wolves? You really ARE the animal expert.
I've bathed beagles, one of those tiny curly white dogs, my collie-mix, and my neighbor's freakin' huge Mastiff. I never thought it took that long for any of the dogs... though I suppose the different coats might account for something.
