We can post dream sequences here right? Just something I had last night that was interesting, since I don't see dreams well nowadays. Ran's in it....

The only Randall dream I've ever had consisted of him and I flying over these castles and then these fields and me telling him to take my hand. That's about it. ;D Your dream, Sean?

Oh BOY is IT weird. I've had a SERIES of dreams.
I know I've had them once before, but I felt I should comment on them now, since I have NO idea WHERE they came from. I did not dream about it....it just came...
I'll explain it when I get back from Robots. I have a few euick sketches to remind me.
Weird..... Ran's in it, some girl I think is Joy is in it, Vee's in it, and strangely enough....my cats....

I had one dream in which I found out that my dad had been friends with Steve Buscemi (which seemed reasonable to me even in the dream because in real life, my dad does know firemen from New York and such), and that he invited him over to our house....and for some reason....when I met him, he was so nice, but all I could think of to say to him was, "Can you fix my calculator?" I had been sitting on my bedroom floor doing math homework and apparently my calculator didn't work...so I asked him if he could repair it... It was the STUPIDEST thing imaginable, but he did anyway, and when I woke up I was depressed for a while knowing that my dad's not really acquainted with him. ;D

I've had....uhm....like 4 dreams, actually. Violent or....really really weird. Only 1 didn't involve weirdness stoner like ness or violence.......But there was this one where me and him are like in Silent Hill or something relating to like...a horror movie....Friggin trippy....It was WEIRD.....

Ok... Here is....
First....I found myself in some kind of mansion. It was dark gloomy. Dark wood...glass.....those sort of things.
I guess I was running from something. Black things. Shadows maybe. Anyway. The weird thing is....I was carrying a bag, trying to find my cats..... Weird. When I finally found them all, and got through a door, a new vision came up.
This one was in some kind of diner. Not sure if anyone was there...but.... It looked like there was a vacant city out the window.
Randall was sitting in one of the booths, Veemon (my digimon....do a search) beside him, and I think Joy was across from him, or some girl.... Then came the last part. This part reminded me that I've had this dream before.
It was weird. I found myself stadning on a sand patch, very solid, clear blue water at my sides. To the left, FAR off was a sunken city. Like Atlantis. On my left was also a rambling creature. I think it was a large crab or something. Also, nearer, I saw what looked like a sunken maze. There was a path leading to it, but it was broken, several small plots of sand went around an opening in the side. On my right was a ghost of somesort. Looked a pirate or something.
Taking a few steps forward, I met a man. His head was like a large disc, upward disk. He said something I didn't hear, then just left. There were two paths in front of me. One left, leading to somekind of tree, the right a town of some sort. I took the left. I passed a sign near the beachy end. Couldn't read it, so I passed by it. Then I came to a large...mushroom. It didn't have a base. It was held up by some kind of sap, very sturdy sap. I could go inside and found a smaller mushroom growing out of the ground. Looking up, I saw a hole, so I guess it was one of those bouncable mushrooms. I saw another path on my left, a spiral leading around the tree. I took it. I came to a few mushrooms growing on the side, LARGE ones. I stepped onto the final one, and could see the top of the mushroom like object being held up by sap.
I was confused. Randall was there. He looked to be with a few people. I couldn't tell, but they looked human. They looked like they were dancing. Randall came to one side, knocking a nut or something into the hole I saw with his tail.
Thats where it ended. I don't know. It's weird. I know I've been in that maze in the first time I've had this. But I don't get why Randall was there.....
Weird....

Yeah, math is horrible...unless it's probability stuff, which I'm doing now, and amazingly I keep getting the correct answers. I'm like: "Wait! That can't be the answer!" Teacher/fellow students: "Why not?" Me: "That's what I got!!"
Anyways, wow Sean...that's a creepy dream. I have loads of repeating dreams that come back to haunt me every few weeks or months or even years. >< Once I saw a particular house on a particular street in a town I'd never been to before in a dream; several years later I visited the town from the dream and recognizing the particular house and the street. I was freeeaked out. But anyhows. I did have a Randall dream a few weeks ago...
I was driving on this very, very narrow and guard rail-less highway over an ocean with my mom. (A repeating theme in my dreams: driving on long narrow roads, and water, usually dark grimy water). So anyway, we came up to this cave, and had to stop because a train was passing through. Outside ths cave was a little bookstand selling books; two of them were all about Randall's life. I had no money so I wrote down the author's name or something and when I got home in the dream I went online, found that there was a whole series of 'biographies' on him, and ordered them all using my mom's credit card. Then I woke up.

Weird too.... Strange that I have those "books"....
But still.... How is that possible though....dreams ARE given when the mind puts pieces together....but this....
I didn't...feel like I was dreaming.... It just...came....strangely enough, when I started to wake....

Yeah...I think I had the dream shortly before I actually joined this board and met you. It was like another premonition...

Perhaps ^_^. I AM going to be putting Ran's stories here....
I'm gonna try to see if I can get the vision to come again. I want to find out why I'm being shown this.

Yay! Yes, try again...if it means something, I'm sure it will become clearer. Of course, I'm a big believer in the paranormal and such...I wish we had a chapter on parapsychology in our psychology class...the four main theories on the purposes and meanings of dreams that we DID study are great, and sure they're the most accepted ones, but I'd like to get into studying otherworldly visions and all that kind of cool stuff too. Reminds me of this one time when I intentionally tried to have the same dream again and was never able to. The first time I had it I was little, and my mom and I were at this deserted farm, and on top of this haystack was a bunch of coffins...for some reason she made me look inside them at a bunch of corpses, and I wanted to know why...I wanted to know who I was being made to look at, even though I was trying to look away for the most part..then later in life I was in a cemetery in a dream and stopped to look at a couple of headstones. Before I could even read the names I woke up...and felt that I was supposed to have read them. But I could never get myself back to the same place in another dream. Maybe it had something to do with the fact that when my mom brought me into the mausoleum for the first time when I was very young to visit my grandpa's grave, I refused to look at it because I thought I'd see dead bodies in the wall. Okay, well, aside from my utterly morbid experiences and dreams--I'm sure you'll be able to find out what yours means!!!

But what boggles me is it's a SERIES.
First it's the mansion, then some diner, then an island....what's going on though? Randall's there...
He....DID talk to me though. I jumped off the mushroom dead end of the tree and hoped on. The natives didn't seem to notice me, but Randall did. He twisted up from hitting the nut, or whatever it was, and got to his feet. He said something, but I couldn't tell what he said.... Seems like sound was gone...

It's funny, I don't think he ever actually spoke to me in a dream. But anyway... That's kinda bizarre how it's a SERIES. Maybe he's like...contacting you from the character world or something...

And him sleeping beside me has no affect on that theory.....
Anyway. Yes. Perhaps there is a reason.
But what? The mansion, the diner....
The island was the most elaborate. I've BEEN in that maze before....the first time I had this dream...... Hmm...

Well, I'm only guessing. I could refer to the dream dictionary, but that thing wouldn't help in this case, I'm sure...too generic. Mazes and diners and islands might be in there, but I can bet that for islands it would say: 'if you are on an island in your dream, you feel isolated and lonely.' 'If you are in a maze, you feel lost.' Those are the more obvious interpretations. But what you're describing sounds to me much deeper than that..
