Mine: Fraggle Rock: A fantasy world with no real villains but very thoughtful stories. SatAM Sonic the Hedgehog: An unredeemed villain (Robotnik), but there are evil people in real life (Hitler). The Freedom Fighters did not always succeed in every episode. Beany & Cecil: The villain was a caricature, with a business card, union membership, and even took a vacation once. Hilarious episodes. The Raccoons: Cyril Sneer, the villain, gradually moderates over the course of the series. Astroboy ('60s): Different antagonists each episode, and they often reformed by the end of the episode. Top Cat: Lovable con artist. Officer Dibble had a love-hate relationship with TC and his gang. Alvin Show ('60s): Just musical adventures of relatively "harmless" variety. No villains I can recall.

Denver The Last Dinosaur ;D, other things I loved as a kid (even though I still love them now) is Walking With Dinosaurs, Jurassic Park and even though I was young, I was just crazy when it came to dinosaurs! I used to love all the classic shows too, like Brum and some odd ones like Penny Crayon and The Raggydolls, heh.

Ooh Sonc ^_^ SatAM. They kinda ruined it when they brought out Underground...SatAM just had so much more story and background into it... Uhh lets see...what else... Rugrats ^0^ The curious adventures that coinside with the imagination of kids ^_^ Had to love some of the halloween specials...and that one that did a sorta Star Wars parody ^_^ Course, they ruined THAT by replacing it with All Grown Up, which is just following the done forumla of high school 0_- Lets see...what else...well not exactly a kiddie show, but I did love I Love Lucy and the Three Stooges...old timey I know, but I just love the shows ^_^

RandallBoggs You hit the nail on the head. Combining SatAM's dark tone with Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog's light tone in the music segments made SU feel like wearing a Hell's Angel leather jacket and a ballet tutu.

I watch a ton of kids shows, which is why I'm rather disappointed with the current ones on TV. Flapjack is the only one I like right now.
Right now, I'm raging at Nicktoons TV. I finally got the channel earlier this year and was so excited to watch some toons that I grew up with. Wrong. They pretty much show the same shows that are on regular Nick. The only oldies are rerunned at 3 in the morning. It's just extremely disappointing.

I don't REALLY count it as for kids, buuuuuuuuut... any Disney short or Mickey Mouse cartoon. My most favorite when I was little was "Thru The Mirrow, which is ALWAYS classic.
Other than that, i like Spongebob, but when it had its glory days; now they're just running out of ideas... but in Cartoon Network: Marveloud Misadventures of Flapjack, Chowder AAAAAAAND... ADVENTURE TIIIIIME!!! ;D
