This one is right up pitbulllady's line Evaluate Ms. Flint as a trainer.

I like Sheri. She doesn't take any ca-ca off of anybody, but seriously, as a trainer, with today's wussy trainee's(bunch of mama's boys), she comes off a bit too strong and sarcastic. She seems to be suffering from a very understandable case of "burn-out", very common among those of us in the training/education fields. I don't think she was very happy with her position, and got the strong sense that she'd rather have been a Scarer, and perhaps she was at some point, but was put in charge of training recruits, a job which Randall also had at one point. One of her profiles stated that she'd been reprimanded and nearly lost her job for slapping a new recruit, because he was, in her words, "an idiot". Can't say I blame her, but again, that's not going to win her any Brownie points and seems likely to open up the company for a lawsuit. In many ways, she and Randall are a lot alike-TOO much so, though honestly I think she's way more of an "Alpha" than he is. She seems to intimidate a lot of the recruits, which probably doesn't help much.

Wow! BTW, where do you get these profiles? Are they on the DVD, or do you have to buy the game (which is out of the question for me)?

Annual", available from Disney Publications, and were also printed in the "Disney Adventures" magazine when the movie came out. pitbulllady

Makes one wonder who that idiot *cough* Wazowski *cough* was.....^_^
I think of Flint much in the same way. I don't think she's overly concerned with climbing the corporate ladder though...I mean if she WAS she'd be more concerened openly. She probably does want to climb out of being in her position though, as she's tired of being in a trainer (or moderator actually) position. But while I see how Flint and Randall may seem alike, Flint seems to react more worried when Waternoose steps in on her session. Most of the times, it seems, when Randall in his company, he's in more control...
