Um, sorry- total newb coming through. But how do you post a picture not on a web adress? Can you post them if they are within documents? Thanks

Sorry, but you CAN'T post a pic unless it's on a host web address, like Photobucket.com. Even DA won't usually work, since they do not like "hot-linking". It's easy and free to set up a Photobucket account-just go to www.photobucket.com and follow the prompts to set up your password-secure account. You upload art from your harddrive as many pics at a time as you want. Once you decide to share a pic with another website, like a forum, you highlight the SECOND URL down in the little box below each pic, click "File" then "Copy", then go the site where you want to share it, type in your comments or whatever, then where you want the pic to show up, you click on the little landscape picture up above, which will show up like this: [/img]. OR, you can just type in what I just put, with the img things in brackets. You put your cursor in between the two sets of brackets, go back up to "File" and click "Paste", and you will put the proper URL in between the brackets. When you click "post reply" or "preview", you will be able to see the picture. Hope that helps, and welcome aboard! pitbulllady
