I had to stay home from school today, because I had a nasty cold. I was up half the night because I couldn't breathe through my nose, I've felt nautious for the last twenty-four hours, and can't really keep anything but water and half a croissant down. XP I've taken a long nap, though, and have kept myself hydrated... Plus I've taken Tylanol, etc. But do you guys know of any other things I could do to help me feel better? I really feel quite miserable.

Sounds somewhat like I was afflicted with for several years in a row way back in Jr. High. Though without actually knowing if it's viral, bacterial, or stress, I probably SHOULDN'T go around giving out remedies.

Won ton soup ^_^ But it takes a special kind. Some who make it have it too hot with different ingridants that hurt your throat. Or Eggdrop Soup ^_^
Also Ginger Ale helps to. Not only with stomach problems, but drinking liquids helps sneezing and loosen that gunk in the nose.
Believe me I know sinus problems -_-

For some reason, my sinuses are rarely ever clear, I have serious allergies but luckily some medication can keep it under control. Right now one of my eyes is watery due to some sort of reaction I'm having but it's pretty typical for me

Not....really. The "common cold" is thousands upon thousands of different strains. It continuously and CONSTANTLY evolves. You can NEVER have the same cold twice, but as there are so many strains, you can have different forms. Your body can be immune to some strains, badly effected by others, and moderately by yet still others. There won't be a cure for it....it's not possible.

Sleep, water, and a good 'ole Dan Clowes comic can cure anything.
Well, not anything...But you get what I'm saying. ;D

I'm feeling much better now (although my throat's still horrendously gunky). I slept for most of Thursday, and I was drugged up on Dayquil and Nyquil for nearly a week (it helped). Thanks for your advice, guys!
