Finally, the end of the first part of the Harry Potter section. The end of the first boss... Aw who cares. Read on.
Prowl Mode Within Kurt’s bottom hands, he grasped two orbs of light purple and dark blue light. Sean focused on this as Kurt’s weakness, remembering that orbs of such bring Darkness power. Suddenly, Kurt flew it’s arms upward. In an instant, all the orbs of magical power disappeared. “Seems he doesn’t like us using magic...” Randall remarked, watching Kurt’s swords. “I think that’s not all look out!” Vee yelled, Kurt dipped it’s head, charging. Sean quickly scanned side to side, realizing that the limited area wasn’t to their advantage. Turning back to Kurt, Sean cringed, then started running straight for it. “Sean!”. “Are you crazy!!!”. Sean held his Keyblades diagonal to his right, still running as Kurt came closer to him. At the last instant, Sean jumped. Still having a limited magic supply, he was able to increase his jump, nearly jumping completely over the mass. As soon as he was over the Heartless’s surprised cobra head, Sean dug his Keyblades as deep as he could in the back of it’s egg like body. The Heartless gave out a shout, turning it’s head back. Realizing the danger, Sean started to remove his Keyblades as fast as he could. He managed to get one right as the cobra head of the Heartless striked where his hand once was. With an angered expression, Sean kicked his foot against the ebb body, doing a vertical circle run, and smacking the Heartless’s head with his freed Keyblade. Kurt’s head flew back as Sean jumped off, tearing his Keyblade from the Heartless. Spinning around, he realized he dropped behind it. “Sean! You ok!” Randall and Vee yelled, now having the time as the Heartless recovered from it’s daze. They could see Sean, though not very well. “Yeah I’m fine!” they heard him yell back. “Come on...” Randall said, mainly to Vee, running forward. The dazed Heartless shook it’s head, straightening up as it face new opponents. Randall took for the left orb, smashing in three fists and doing a flip, whacking with his tail. Vee took to the other, two hits and an uppercut. Each hit caused several sparks of dark light to emerge as the shell of the power started to grow weak. Kurt realized this. Pulling a leg back, it’s arms, holding the sword, began to twist violently in a circle at the joint. Wailing it arms, the swords started slicing at anything in their path. Randall jumped backward, but was pushed back more and fell on his stomach as a blade slit across his chest. Vee held up and arm, getting a slash across it and the but of the sword jammed in his body, pushing him onto his back beside Randall. “Oh jeez...this is the part I hate...” Randall moaned, holding up his upper body with his first set of hands, bottom ones on his chest wound. Bee did the same, kneeling up and holding his hurt arm with his other hand. “Those things are sharp how are we suppose to break through1” Randall yelled, wishing this was as easy as before. “Guys!! You all right!” Sean yelled over, seeing his friends were pushed back father. He didn’t hear a response, but he certainly heard Randall’s yell for an easier fight. Half turned, Sean looked to see the Heartless starring at him with one hollow eye. With two more steps it turned facing him, starting to walk to him. Sean backed up a few steps, but realized he was nearing the end of the car. He kept running through options. Casting and summoning were out of the picture, but maybe if he, Vee, and Randall take it on, but they seemed pretty hurt by those swords and he was on the other side of the car. As Kurt neared him, Sean looked around for any action he could take to make it to his companions. His prayers were answered when the back of his shoe hit the metal plate of the overhead cache. Looking back at Kurt, Sean got his plan set. “Catch me if you can!” Sean yelled, jumping over the cache and digging his Keyblades into it to rip it open. Kurt ran faster to get to him, but Sean had already jumped in. * Once his shoes hit the floor, Sean ran for the door as fast as he could. Smells of the food they had missed went past him in a flash as he tore the door open with a hand. He was about to open the door to the next car, but backed away. One of Kurt’s swords hit the slit between the car’s, seemingly inches from Sean’s position. As soon as Kurt lifted the sword, Sean ran into the car. Ripping the door open again, he ran as fast as he could. He looked behind him, wishing he hadn’t. He heard Kurt’s thundering footsteps over top of the train car. With each step, a hole had been made by Kurt’s swords, impacting the floor as well as the ceiling. Sean dodged to the side as a loose metal bar from the floor rose. Getting to the next door, he opened it, not questioning why it was now unlocked. He stopped for a moment though. In those silent seconds with the rain accompanying, he didn’t hear Kurt. Being cautious, and knowing his friends wouldn’t be better off if he was caught off guard by a gigantic sword. With smooth steps, Sean started forward in the passenger car, listening to sound instead of looking for actions. He slowly started heading through the hall, his eyes peering around every corner. The rain was his only companion at this time, warning with each individual drop of water. He stopped, looking out a window. “Gah!”. In an instant he dove forward as the top of the sickle sword in Kurt’s left hand burst through the window. Sean got up quickly running. He heard Kurt’s body on the edge of the car. “(He’s hanging onto the end!)” Sean thought as he ran. He lost balance but regained just as quickly when another burst through. The Heartless gave several quick jabs, slicing the wall apart. Sean could feel the rain even before he got to the door on the opposite side. Quickly getting into the next one, he felt the car jump, warning him Kurt was somewhere around. He didn’t care. He ran to the end of the car, ripping open the back door of the baggage car, grappling the ladder and climbing up it as fast as he could * Randall had gotten to his feet, struggling to keep up. The knuckle of the Heartless’s last attack had hit his front legs. Vee had an easier time, watching as the Heartless had stopped it’s stabbing of the car near them. “Guys!”. They turned around, seeing Sean come up the ladder at the end of the car, running over to them. “You alright!?” he asked franticly. “Eh...we took a beating but...” Randall started. Sean handed them something to heal by, watching as they drunk the potions. Seeing they were alright, Sean’s views shifted to what laid ahead. Kurt had been hanging onto the past car, and now flipped over to the top again. At first thinking nothing could destroy it, Sean looked at the battered wall of the car. It was struggling to keep the structure up, as well as the weight of the Heartless. “I’ve got an idea...” he whispered, enough so that Vee and Randall could hear him. They nodded, following as Sean ran to the car. Jumping over the gap between the two cars, Sean slammed his Keyblades into the weakened left hull. Randall did the same whacking it with his tail and Vee with his fists. Sean kept watch, seeing Kurt draw ever closer. The attacks on the train car’s hull side seemed to be making progress. The sound of metal turning and cracking of support beams began to stir. Sean looked up again, shocked to see Kurt was a few feet away. “(Just a little more...a little more!)”. (CRACK!) “Got it!”. The last step Kurt took lowered deeper into the weak metal. Sean, Randall, and Vee quickly ran back and jumped to the baggage car as the Heartless fell into the other one. The ceiling of the damaged car collapsed, breaking apart and falling to the floor, and taking everything else with it. Sean notice Kurt’s orbs in it’s bottom hands smashed to pieces as they hit the stern floor. In that instant, the body went limp and the head began to move wildly. Randal laws the first to notice something had escaped it’s mouth, starring their. It was a diamond of some sort. “Come on!”. Sean jumped down the wreckage at the start of the car, Randall slithering down and Vee running. Kurt’s cobra head still wailed as Sean jumped and slashed the diamond in it’s mouth. Randall did the same with jump kicks, Vee with uppercuts. Before they knew it, the diamond broke. (TSSSHHHH) The three backed off as a ray of light launched from the Heartless’s mouth. With a wail, it’s body slowly turned transparent then disappeared, leaving a heart to return in rainbow filled glory. The three looked at each other proudly at their accomplished mission. “There is no way I’m taking this train again” Randall remarked with a smile. Sean nodded, welcoming his joke. “Come on...we still have to stop this train...” Vee reminded. Sean nodded, scampering up the diagonal slab of metal. (SSCCRREEECCCHHH!!!!!) The train’s wheels began to slow and the train’s speed drastically changed. It came to a smooth, normal speed as it entered a building, seeming to be another train station, at the end of a coastline. Where they were now, they didn’t know.

Finally....getting close to Hogwarts...phew...
Chapter 2 Paddle By Night The three looked out the open slits of the head car, trying to figure out where they were. Everything was still dark. The place itself was a train station of some sort. Unlike the first one, this one was more dark, more gloomy. The walls of the station were fitted with moss and vines. The lights were flickering in the street lamps that occupied the area. The place itself, it seemed, was left hallow. The party dismounted the train, looking around. Randall looked over the train, looking for any sign of the renegade Heartless while Sean and Vee looked else where. Peeking into the service office, Sean only found an empty chair, dusted control boards, and a few burnt paper pieces. The walls were mostly black, like they were burnt. “Anything?” Vee asked from behind him. Sean looked once more, shaking his head, coming out and closing the door. “I don’t get it...nobody on the train...no one in the station...it’s just...strange...”. Randall finally left the train, looking father down the path ahead, beyond the tracks, which went down to a cove bordering what seemed to be an ocean. Vee didn’t worry about him as he too looked over the scene. The sky was as dark as their fight was. They couldn’t even see the stars. On instant, Randall came back, jogging over to the two. “Something wrong?” Sean asked. Randall took in a breath before talking. “I got good news...and bad news...” he said, Vee crossing his arms. “What’s the good news?”. “I...don’t think any Heartless are here...”. “And the bad news?”. Randall just turned and started down the vertical path. “You’ll wanna see this!”. Sean and Vee looked at each other, shrugged, and started after the running reptile. * Randall was on a rocky set that were boarding the above hill from an ocean when the two came over to him, a few hops on rocks. The sounds of scrapping water and breeze came over them as they stopped. Randall turned his head back, making sure he saw the shocked faces they had. He pointed upward at something on a similar cove in the distance. The two gaped as their eyes laid upon what they were looking at. On the top of the far cove laid an enormous castle. It’s huge tall halls lined it’s outside it’s corners ended with large circular towers ending in a spire. Lights galore. The place looked old, yet there was something about it that struck it as odd. The lighting of the castle collided with the darkness of the night. It was as if it was a star in it’s own court. “Maybe that’s where we’ll find the Keyhole...” Sean thought. “But how do we get over there? We can’t use magic and we can’t summon...can’t let Sedarmon help us here...” Vee reminded. Randall looked at them smirking. “Since I found it...your led to the bad news...” he said, pointing down a little c father from where he was, Vee and Sean looked down to see a wooden boat rocking blissfully side to side. “Heh heh...you two row...”. * “Stroke!”. “Stroke!”. “Stroke!”. “I get the picture alright!!!!”. “Why do I have to do this anyway! I found it!!!!”. The two found themselves in the middle of the station and the unknown castle. Sean looked out stern of the boat, Vee keeping pace with the rower, who was... “Just because I have four hands doesn’t mean I can do it faster!”. Randall. The boat made it’s way through the dark waters towards the castle’s rocky beach. Each of them having curious thoughts towards what laid ahead. (Bubble) Sean quickly looked on the starboard side, the end result was a large bubble. “What was that?” Vee asked, looking back. Sean just stood where he was. As soon as he heard another noise, he threw his hand out, his Keyblade appearing in his hand. “We’ve got company...”. Now, several up lifts were surrounding the small vessel. Slowly rising creatures were forming around First coming out were green creatures of some kind. They did indeed have the Heartless symbol on them. (). Two hopped on board, each carrying a deadly spear in their hands. “What’s going on!!!” Randall yelled. “Keep rowing Ran! We’ll handle’em!” Sean yelled, charging. * Sean took the one on the left, Vee taking the right. Vee dodged a spear thrust the Heartless made, countering with a punch in it’s assumed lifeless chest. Another one to it’s head, then an uppercut, knocking the Heartless up in the in to and back down into the sea. Sean blocked a downward trident slash, pushing it back with his Keyblade. He followed up with a side to side slash, then and upper one, followed by a downward cutter. The Heartless blew into pieces. Three more hoped on. “I got this *March Dive*!”. Vee and Sean jumped back, Sean holding the Keyblade at a diagonal angle, the swords of light appearing above him. “Swords of light! Crush my foes!”. Thrusting his Keyblade forward, the swords impaled the Heartless, blowing them apart. A few moments passed when they realized the attacks stopped. Silence fell on them. “...Where’d they go?” Vee wondered. Sean still kept the Keyblade out. Something was wrong. (BANG!) Something slammed into the ship’s hull. Sean hit the port, Vee landing on top of him, Randall hitting the port beside him. “(They’re trying to sink the ship!!!!!)”. Sean quickly rose to his feet, Vee and Randall getting up as well. Another slam got them off balance, but just for the time being. They regained balance, heading to the opposite of the ship. “Ready?” Sean said, turning to Randal and Vee. “Yeah!”. “*Radical Blast*!” Vee used his VenoSlash, throwing the crescent into the air. Randall threw his Nightmare Shocker up at it, Sean accompanying with his Match Flammer. The two skills impacted the crescent, changing it’s white form to red and purple. It felt downward, Vee jumping up to catch it with his hand, then throwing it downward into the ocean floor. Silence at first. Then... (BOOOOOOOMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!) A massive explosion was set off, the wave effect hitting the boat hard in it’s side, making it tip over. The three fell into the water as the wave’s origin rained down the hot water. Sean and Vee instinctively grabbed onto the ship as it tipped over. Now, a firm grip on the boat’s rim, the two spat out the water that had dominated their lungs, as well as cover from the falling, soon leaving drops. Sean cleared his eyes as best as he could, looking around “Eh eh Vee...you ok?” he asked. Vee shook his head, getting the water out of him. “Y...Yeah...I think so...”. “G...Good...Randall...you?...Randall?”. The two looked around. He wasn’t any where near the boat. “!! Randall!!!”. * Randall didn’t know where he was, or what got him there. All he felt was cold. So...cold. It was colder than the breeze they felt, colder than the water that had exploded onto them. Why? Maybe it was the cold clutch of the Heartless that infested the place. As he kept falling, Randall felt his own feelings of such returning to him. Were the Heartless just that? The Darkness in people’s hearts? Everyone has Darkness in their hearts, Randall had to admit, he did too. Those feelings of when he was a Heartless kept to him. The feeling of being cold and lifeless all the time. Why? Why was that? Why...was he thinking this? Does being around Heartless too long shake the memories and force our negative side to come out. Maybe it’s what the Heartless feeling. The feelings of negativity, the spawn of negativity. Randall started to feeling...sorry for them... He felt something pass over his tail. Cloth of some sort. Then, a warm hand gripped one of his own, then another, then two more. He was being pulled up and up...then the sky was seen. * (SPLASH!) “Ugh...phew...”. Randall gripped onto the boat for dear life, Sean and Vee keeping a hand on his back to make sure he didn’t fall off. A moment passed, each one trying to get their normal breath back. Randall finally turned around, making sure his suction cupped hands were firmly on the boat. “R...Ran...you ok?” Sean asked. Randall didn’t respond at first, his chest heaving rapidly from the event that had passed. Another moment of silence passed, the three slowly getting colder. It wasn’t till the sudden cold got too much, that the three starting pushing the boat back onto it’s normal positioning, upright. Getting in, Randall and Vee took the rowing this time, Randall watching. Time seemed to pass quickly now, though slow in appearance. The three each decided not to speak till they reached the other side. Sean was concerned with Randall, Vee with the thought of the Heartless around, and Randall was thinking well...other thoughts. The boat finally stopped in front of the cove’s bottom layer of rocks, the travel was done. Climbing up the small path, they reached the castle grounds. The grounds were dark and the sky was thick, like undiscoverable fog. The trees were barren and black in appearance, though changes to it’s normal color when you were close enough to see the bark. Thee leaves were dark, as if slowly turning lifeless at their arrival. The grounds had a cold feeling, a swelling feeling, almost as if they were standing on water. The three stood to look at the castle that they soon would enter... “We...should go inside...w...warn about the Heartless...” Vee suggested. “I don’t...don’t know...it doesn’t seem right if they’re already here and nobody screamed...” Sean started. “I don’t care what’s in their! I’m freezing!!!” Randall interrupted. Beaten 2 to 1, they started for the castle. The wind bustling up against them. Vee could feel it slightly, as it was in the top most air, Sean’s clothes rustled slightly from the wind, Randall felt cold enough that his scales felt like frost. There was an open gate that led into the castle. As they headed in, Randall noted the house that was down the hill, which seemed to be occupied, passing up the chance to check it out, they headed in side.
