Yeah I just saw it actually, it gets complicated with this many channels and I'm not really used to the channels down here so I had to search for a bit but right as I found CN it was coming on. ^_^

Well as a fellow Foster's fan (who's hiding under a rock <peeks out>) I highly enjoyed it. It definitely lived up to the hype as PBL said, and my eyes actually misted at the end when everything was revealed.

Don't feel embarrassed about the "eyes misting" thing-mine did, too, even more the second time I watched it, and it's not easy to make that happen with me. It takes a character I'm really into, and a situation I can relate to, for that. During that scene in Titanic when Jack is saying goodbye to Rose, when they're in the water, I was like, "DIE already, jeesh!", but that reunion between Wilt and his now-famous creator/surrogate son, after 30 years of being apart, just packs a real emotional one-two punch. pitbulllady

Yeah I know, I shouldn't be, especially not here, and yes, you are entirely correct, it did lack the necessary emotional pulls, at least for me, (and I think some here as well) to really just feel for Wilt and what he's been through, it really just come pouring out at that moment. I'm just REALLY glad that this movie has finally come into being and at such an appropriate time for the holidays too.

Meh. I saw not even five minutes of it. Tis not an easy thing to watch cable in my house. My two siblings conquer it. =P

"Lacked" would mean it did NOT have the necessary emotional pulls, as you put it, when clearly you felt that it did. I couldn't agree more, there. Wilt, along with Randall, is someone I can really relate to(partially because Wilt is at least closer to my own age-he's part of MY generation), and find VERY attractive from a physical standpoint. I would have a really, really tough time choosing between those two if it came down to that, though quite honestly, I think that now that Wilt's sorta gotten his head together and unburdened himself of thirty years' worth of emotional baggage, he'd be the easier to actually live with-no offense to Randall! pitbulllady

Makes you wonder though how future episodes would feel now that Wilt's "big...secret" is out.

But yes, I know you've felt strongly about Wilt for quite some time, and if I trusted myself a bit more, I'd join the Foster's Board. It certainly seems (for the MOST part) an enjoyable place and it's very nice that it has such a large foundation and is strongly tied to the show. I've been a fan for quite awhile myself (around the premiere) though I'm not sure if joining other Boards is a good idea at this point. Though a moderator on several others, I'm still sort of working out the problem I've had recently here. Seems like discretion is the better part of valor for now.

I've seen half of it at a friend of my dad's house at Thanksgiving during our vacation. I was party right. Wilt's creator did liked basketball, and that reunion thing did made me want to cry with joy. And I also loved the scene during the credits. ;D

Not sure what Wilt was trying to do when he jumped into the position of when that basketball guy kept crashing into.

Ahhh, the answer to that is quite simple really.....though no surprise you missed it, just one of those things, some people catch it, others don't ^_^
