I find this movie to be amazing- definitely one of my favourites. I love the partnership between Haley Joel Osment and Jude Law and there are several moments that just make me cry- when his mother abandons him in the forest and when, after over 2000 years of waiting, he gets the moment that he's lived his whole life for- when his mother tells him that she really does love him. It's such a great film- I wouldn't change a thing about it. Speilburg does it again! ;D

regret to say i've not seen this, lizard-Girl from reviews it always seems to be compared to Pinnochio. is that true in any way? Pinnochio is a film that has always got me, and would love to see AI because of that. xxx

Well, the whole thing is pretty much based around Pinnochio, as far as a robot boy wishing to be a real boy so his mother loves him, and so he goes in search of the Blue Fairy to help him. It really is a great film- you should try and see it at some point. ;D

Oooh, DEFINITELY- if you're the type of person that sometimes cries at films, get the tissues out; there are some really poignant moments. ;D
