He tries to defend himself, then sees it's not working, and tries the old, "but SWEETHEART, you know I'd never let...."routine, but it backfires, and that's when Mirage gives him this total "Wrath of Boggs" look, and then pushes him away and gets up and stalks out. pitbulllady xD YES!! The wrath of Boggs...oh, she *does* remind me of him..

Through "Eternity Genes" they probably do....

Yup. Monsters are descendants of humans, after all, right?

Does everyone peek into my knowledge?
Yes that is correct. Even to this day. There are still many humans who carry a ancient gene that connects them to a monster. Though hidden most of the time, this gene still carries similar properties. People who love meat could carry a carnivor monster gene. Vegetarians, I think....herbavor monster gene.
After all. Science has proved that even though the chimp does contain the closest copied gene pattern humans do. Other animals still have comparisions.
Ahem....even reptiles....

^_^ Ah....maybe a Rendell resides in Mirage.... So THAT'S what really causes PMS! Seriously, I think ALL us chicks must have this evil beast lurking inside, just waiting for the right time to be released, for some guy to say the wrong thing at the absolute worst time, or do something totally brain-dead and arrogantly macho...or just something that reminds us of something stupid they did years ago, which they'd have thought we would have forgotten! I have a feeling, from that "Uh-oh, I've gone and done it NOW" expression on Buddy's face when Mirage pushed him away, that he'd "Been There, Done That", and knew that once she'd reached that point, discretion(on his part)was indeed the better part of valor, LOL! Speaking of "Eternity Genes" as you say, Sean, ALL genes are "eternal", in that they don't go away. They can mutate, of course, or just remain recessive and dormant until they hook up with another identical gene, at which time they will be able to manifest. We actually DO have the genes from reptiles in US, since all mammals are descended from reptiles. The only thing which can make genes disappear is the total extinction of all the species carrying them. I would tend to think that the relationship(genetic)between Randall and Mirage would be much closer than merely having some ancestor in common thousands of years ago, though, since they do indeed remind me of twins separated at birth, who have never known each other, yet share so many behavioral characteristics. What I wouldn't do to see the looks on their faces the first time they ever meet up face to face, and realize, even without knowing who the other is, that there is some very deep connection there. pitbulllady pitbulllady

"I am woman here me roar" That kinda thing heh heh ohh.....
What I meant by "Eternity Genes" is that the monster gene remains in the exact same place in the genetic code when genetic....what were they....Helixes right.....are formed.
The other genes still produce diversity, though each person has the same monster gene.
It's complicated. Even I don't get it....
Oh...if nobody notice, late time and all, Others and New have new posts....

I'm sure they've got a much closer relationship than most monsters & humans who carry the same genes. I just was watching the movies again--dang! Those eyes! The animators HAD to have been thinking back to Randall...at least some of them...I sure got that feeling. Hee hee...yea...maybe having monster genes *does* cause PMS! xD

And, you know, I really do think Mirage and Randall could be closely related as well. I haven't gotten the DVD yet to look at it in more detail, but that seems to be very possible. They have so much in common, that it's scary. Hee hee...yea...maybe having monster genes *does* cause PMS! xD Yeah, it probably does. I was always wondering where it came from! *laugh*
