OMG. (Sorry, this is so cool and important for me, i just have to share it!!)
Okay, so my sis, jessica comes to town today, and were like, chatting and stuff, you know catching up. Well, i don't really know my father's side that well, and she decided to show me the family tree online. We kept tracing around, when I saw my late uncle, Joe Ranft! He worked at Pixar and when i saw his name on the tree i was like..."isn't that a character in Monsters Inc.?" and jess was all like "yeah, he's your uncle."
they dedicated the character 'Ranft' to him in MI, and now i feel weird...knowing this
