Two doors when Mike and Sully leave the apartment building...big for Sully and little for Mike. Bigger energy storage canisters at the end of the film...laughter is stronger than screaming, you know.

Yeah, screaming doesn't make you start crying if you do it too much.

Well there ARE different sizes, maybe it was just for convinence.
The energy storage containers was a development due to the abnormaly strong laugh energy. If contained in smaller canisters, they would blow.
As in terms of laughter and scream....well who can really say.

The Bag O' Calories confuse me alittle... I know their supposed to be a gag to crisps but what are they exactly? I mean, you cannot exactly SEE a calorie! I know I'm weird for pointing that out, but the thought is really bugging me.

I know I'm weird for pointing that out, but the thought is really bugging me. It's a pretty accurate name for junk food if you ask me! Most of the stuff we buy in bags, whether chips(aka "crisps") or doritos or Cheetos or whatever are just empty calories-LOTS of calories-with little real nutritional value. At least the monsters don't try to hide this fact about junk food(which isn't called "junk food" without a good reason)! pitbulllady

Lol, yes, I forgot about the turnaround with good things here to bad things in the monster world.

Hey...I like doritos -_- Well I wouldn't exactly put it as a COMPLETE turnaround in that world...still it is confusing ^0^ Yeah, I don't really think calling a spade a spade(or in this case, labeling a bag of junk food as "Bag O' Calories")is indicating that the monsters thought it was a GOOD thing, necessarily, just that they were being honest...you know, truth in advertising! Maybe they actually had laws requiring foods to be honestly labeled or named. The main incidences of where things that the monsters admired/liked, which were the opposite of how they are in OUR world, were smells and body weight. Fat, heavy monsters, it would seem are regarded as better-looking than skinny one, but again, even in the Human World, our perceptions of what is or is not physically attractive in another person changes over time. Just take a look at the girls in the paintings of by-gone eras, and compare them(as they WERE considered prime examples of female beauty in their day)to today's scrawny, anorexic super-models and Hollywood starlets. Monsters(or at least SOME of them)also seem to like odors we typically find offensive, hence "odorants" with names like "Old Dumpster" and "Wet Dog", lol! Still, when it comes to other things, they seem to be in agreement with us. Monsters like a clean, neat city, free of litter and pollution; Monstropolis should serve as an example for US as to what a city should look like! Given that they, unlike us, aren't dependent on the burning of odorous fossil fuels for energy, their world probably smells a whole lot BETTER than ours, too, cans of "Old Dumpster" notwithstanding! pitbulllady

I'm sorry, but I have no liking for Doritos . I'm more into Monster Munch ;D.
