He's either wearing a red scarf or a bowtie! It's a Czech site, so I can get my friend Brian to translate! I wonder why they didn't name Johnny or that rooster-looking guy(is that TED?), though?

Oh yes, from his earlier sketch-works hehehe. Looks a bit thick for a bowtie....but...it may be...I'm not sure but his upper body may be twisting so it's facing forward (like his head). If so, yeah looks more like a bowtie.
Ted, if I recall, was that huge chicken guy. If that guy's Ted....he went through ONE HECK of a growth spurt. (For size recall, he was in the japanese trailer, he's normal size)

Here's another view of the toy, courtesy of my friend, Brian, in CZ, who already bought a few: img12.allegroimg.pl/photos/oryginal/31/25/76/26/3125762637 . It is a sweater or shirt that Randy is wearing, not a scarf or bowtie, as you can see in the different angle. Apparently these are small, and will eventually be marketing sold inside of large chocolate eggs(?), but it also appears that the figurine comes apart, as well, and it might be used to hold candy or something. He said that these figurines were factory "leaks", issued before they were supposed to be, actually. Randy is by far the cutest and friendliest-looking of the whole lot. pitbulllady

Didn't even notice...heh...well that's not that uncommon in my case heh...
Ah ok. Guess it's the ROR jacket, considering it's red color, but without the golden trim. Still, could just be a jacket heh. (Same situation with the adorable TP look of him) This is...weird thing. My first thought was it was in the group of those "swap" figures. As in you can attach other characters to...other...characters... Then again, given Randall's more unique design (as I think the rest were all upright), I think it's just specific for him to come in two pieces.
Yeah Randall is just becoming such an friendly and cute kid it's just wow...

The other angle they had showing in the picture really made it look like something else. LOL. Probably not the best angle to represent the figure from honestly.

Nope, they won't. Two things prevent it; one is a law passed actually back in the 1930's that prohibits selling food with non-edible items inside because of the "choking risk", which was largely ignored until recently, when the Feds started reinforcing it for a different reason. Two, is THAT reason: The Federal government discourages selling fatty, high-calorie foods in association with toys or other things that children desire because they say it makes kids associate eating high-calorie foods with those toys, etc. Many cities have already banned putting toys in McDonald's "Happy Meals" for that reason, another example of how our government is trying to control what we eat. pitbulllady
