How realistic is it to have a CHINESE restaurant where getting reservations is "impossible"? Harryhausen's wasn't a "Chinese restaurant". It was a sushi bar(Japanese), and depending on how large and upscale those are, the ones around here CAN get pretty crowded quickly, so reservations would be a good idea. There is one in Charlotte, NC, that is supposed to be really good, and it is a HUGE place, but I've driven by there and seen people in line out the door waiting to be given seats. Believe it or not, our hometown Applebee's, which doesn't even have decent food IMO, is like that, and if you do not call ahead for reservations, especially around Father's Day and other traditional dining out days, you'll likely be one of those poor souls standing outside in a line in the parking lot, just waiting to get in. pitbulllady
