Have you ever written something you weren't proud of? Like in my case in adolescence? Do you have an old diary or something and have read it and wonder how the hell you were that blind and LIVED? Yeah. Came across an old diary of mine. Posted a bit about it in my livejournal below. Oddly appropriate to see as my 23rd birthday is tomorrow. I think I was... 14...and 15? Before I made my best friend and not all that long after... and boy does it show that the lessons had not sunk in yet. It makes me ashamed of my past self yet glad I've come away from some of it. While I still make mistakes, it's almost nice to see progress. Not that that stops my urges from wanting to BURN the stupid thing. mentalguru.livejournal.com/8416.htmlSo any of you have any similar old works and writings you're slightly ashamed of? Yet glad almost to see you've come to a certain point which is better than that? -Looks at diary again- Oh good lord. Urge-to-punch-past-self-rising. I mean I've still made stupid mistakes on the net too even recently, but this takes the cake. One of my friends on lj says he has had similar feelings regarding their old diary. Anyone else?

Sheriff Water's Revenge. It was the comic beofre Misreble Inc, and it was about Sheriff Water taking his revenge on me for not loving him anymore. Meanwhile, the Warrior cats randomly burst through Tony & Indy's walls(thats right, cats bursting through walls) and blah, blah, blah. Hmmm, what else?

OH GOD xD I know what it's like. For some reason, my current English teacher believes that I have a ''talent'' in writing. Of course, my skeptical self would rather believe that 1]he's right [but this would be too radical] 2] he's got a weird taste in literature.
Anyway, he asked me to compile my lit. works and save them in a file in my USB. As I sifted through my old works, there was this odd feeling of revolt, shame and depression lodged withim me. It felt like a can of 3 year-old milk was being forced down my throat.
I hated sifting through all those horrible, terrible abominations of literature. He still liked them though.
Funny story, it just happened today.

Never had the nag for writing, but I can relate with drawing. I sometimes find and old sketchbook and just want to throw it in the trash. And I usually do, lol.
