I did? Anyways, one thing to take into account is that this would be a sequel, just like Toy Story. And with any sequel, there's something you can work with....original material. The factory, it's staff, and scene creation have all been done before, and in such "are in stock". Sure, alterations can be made, but they can pale into comparison from starting from scratch. As we can see in Toy Story, visually things haven't changed TOO much for Woody and Buzz and the others. Sure, it's gotten grander, light creation more vibrant, and the movements are much more developed. This would apply to the sequel as well, making it much faster to go through production since, basically, the base of "creation" is already done.
