Lady GaGa - Poker Face
Although I'm not usually into Pop, GaGa I see as being different and setting a whole different example to the genre. This is my favourite of her singles and I love the whole sound of the music! When I heard this at a party I danced like mad ;D. First heard of GaGa on the Paul O' Grady show, and she sang this. Loving her fashion! ;D

I know she's a hermaphrodite but it doesn't mean I love her music less. I admire her for being so open about herself. You don't get that many people like that... I was a little bit surprised about the revelation, but of course, it only made me admire her more. She cannot help being born with this condition, and it does seem 'strange' at first, but she's learned to live with it. She considers herself to be female, and I agree with her on that aspect.

I think I prefer Billy Joel's original compared to that to be honest, but no doubt, he is a great singer!

To be honest, I feel Billy Joel's only good song is "We Didn't Start The Fire". Great song, instrumentally as well as lyrically. Anyway, I'm currently listening to: "You Walk In My Soul" - Gary Numan (Yes, I AM becoming an extreme "Numanoid" ;D)

In total agreement there- I love that song =D Have you ever seen that music video, the one with the family going through the decades with the fire all around it? Great stuff.
I've never of that guy before... interesting music... but a little soporific

Various things. I'm a weirdo when it comes to music. I like multiple different genres. Except Disney pop music (shudders). Right now listening to 'Who we are' by Lifehouse.

"The Angel Wars" - Gary Numan (again). To me, this would be a good shooter game theme, at least instrumentally. ;D A little bit of a bio of one of my favorite artists, while I'm at it: his best known song was actually back in '79: "Cars" (aka the famous D-C#-G-A melody, if you're that much into music) I should warn, however: if you're interested in the song I'm listening to, he's had a tendency to attack religion in most of his music since the mid-90s. "The Angel Wars" happens to be one of his "milder" anti-religion songs, which acknowledges that the idea of God and Him being evil ( ) are just his opinion.

"wow" in a good way? I hope so! ;D
On-Topic: "Imagination" - Xymox
Also, considering my music choices, I feel it necessary to point out something about my taste: I am NOT a goth. Too often I find lyrics and sounds that I really detest in modern goth music (i.e. Nine Inch Nails and Marilyn Manson), though I find some of the goth music of the '80s okay, especially songs such as "Imagination" from the album "Twist of Shadows". It's just that I like the instrumentation of some darkwave, such as most of Numan's music. Heck, only in rare cases do I like the lyrics of Numan's modern music as well (the only notable exception being "Little Invitro", a song based on a tragedy in his personal life); his last good album lyrically was "Sacrifice".
