Sully was Scarer of the Month 36 times in a row (pg 52 Employee handbook). Now let's see...I heard somewhere that Randall may have been his trainer, and the awards count for 3 years. Randall is 25 IIRC and has been working on the scream extractor for 2 years at least. So he started the extractor at age 23, and probably was working soon after being a trainer on the gizmo. He must have been a trainer when he was at least 22. Interesting timeline, or am I missing something? Anyway, here are Sully's ABCs of scaring: A is for attrire. Waternoose has been known to drop in unexpectedly at training and his pet peeve is a sloppy monster. B is for basics...focus on technique. C is for CDA. Ms. Flint likes to throw fake emergencies at recruits so get procedure down pat. D is for door. Get in the habit of closing it quickly. E is for easy does it. The simulator child cannot hurt you . Practice with it and keep a level head when you have to face the real thing.

Actually fact that Randall was Sullivan's trainer...as for the complexity of the time line.....I'll need to get back to you on that... Not to mention that it's Sullivan effectively saying he was for "36 months". That in itself doesn't fit in with Sullivan's training, Ran's Top Scarer position, and the machine creation

The attire one is quite ironic considering most of the Monsters don't seem to wear any clothes!

The attire one is quite ironic considering most of the Monsters don't seem to wear any clothes! Suppose in their eyes, you don't need clothes to look smart ;D. Waternoose, Celia, Roz and the CDA are the only monsters I can remember that wear clothing items. Waternoose for attire purposes, Celia and Roz for 'coverage' and the CDA for protection (althoughy typically unaware, very uneeded).

AND Randall wore cute jammies(sorry, had to put that in)in the "Disney Adventures" comic! pitbulllady

Same, I'd love to see that picture of Randall in pajama's! Thanks for pointing that out also Pittbulllady . I wish I could find that little magazine, but like many of the stuff I packed up before I moved, I can't seem to put a hand on it. Other than getting to see Randall in p.j's-and sleeping with the tip of his tongue poked out like a kitten or a puppy-it was really brutal in how he was treated. IF that is canon, then it established a very good reason for Randall to despise Mike and Sulley; heck, he should have had THEM arrested! They really treat him like dirt, and then break into HIS home...and we're supposed to believe that those two are HEROES?? In South Carolina, they'd be DEAD, as per request of our Attorney General! They were criminals even before they threw Randall into the Human World. pitbulllady

It seems like such a random thing to portray when Randall's supposed to be the 'villain' and the 'evil' one. EDIT: Whoops, put my reply within the quote.
