I'll let you do this topic yourselves.. But first... Mike's 'teddy bear'. Mike calling Randall LIZARD-boy. Which is it? Actual animals or mutated... THINGS?

Animals in the Monster World probably wouldn't look like their counterparts in OUR world, since the monsters themselves are technically mutated, and their ancestors were even before they left the Human World. There would be obvious resemblences, so that some Monster World animals would be familiar to us to some extent, but they would have obvious differences, too. If you notice the walls on the "room" of the robot "child" in the Simulation Room near the beginning of the movie, there are childlike drawings on the wall, like a normal human child would have, one of which shows a cowboy(Woodie?)riding a horse. The horse, however, has TWO heads! I don't know if the factory hired some adult monster to create those, or actually got some monster kid to make them, to give the "room" a more authentic look, but it's clear that while monsters are familiar with horses, the horses THEY are familiar with are a bit different from those in OUR world, and they weren't aware that Human World horses only have one head! Mike is familiar with lizards, and uses that comparison to put down Randall in what amounts to a racial slur.
