Ok, I know Curse of Darkness isn't out yet, last I checked. But hey, it looks pretty darn cool... In fact, here's it's summary for those who don't know: Castlevania: Curse of Darkness An action-packed tale of betrayal and revenge, featuring a brand new character outside of the Belmont clan -- Hector, a Devil Forgemaster, and former Lieutenant of Dracula. Armed with the unique new abilities of Devil Forgery, gamers will be able to call upon trusty allies -– "Innocent Devils" –- who will help defeat a variety of powerful enemies. More than 30 evolving allies will develop unique abilities, with powers such as the ability to open heavy doors or help Hector fly. They will aid players in conquering various enemies, avoiding perilous traps and solving challenging puzzles. As players progress through the game and gain experience points, their character's strength will increase.
It sounds pretty sweet, but for now, I'm going to stick with Symphony. I've not yet had the chance to play Dawn of Sorrow, but I have played Symphony and Lament. Between the two, SotN has the better soundtrack and Alucard is much more fun to play than some silly little boy from the Bellmont clan.

I know of the Castlevania series, heard the one with touch screen is pretty interactive. I like the whole Soul mixing thing...

The one with the touchpad? I'm pretty sure that it's Dawn of Sorrow. My favorite remains Symphony of the Night. That one has the best soundtrack, as far as I'm concerned.

I think the only one I've played was the very old nintendo version and a gameboy one.
