Hey, we try to help each other. I know what it is like to hear a good song and not know the group or title. BTW, I emailed the station asking for more "Christian" Christmas music. Now that WDOK does its own Xmas marathon, everybody's tastes can be accommodated.

You can google "christmas music marathon" and find a number of other such stations. One starts at Labor Day!

Bump If you like more "radio" Xmas style music, here is the website of the station that started their marathon on Labor Day last year: www.fm100.com/Let's see if they repeat this year. And you can always listen to the above post's stations if the heat gets to ya!

I think they started after Halloween this year. My local Christian station's marathon was as secular as last year...oh well, I did email them anyway, worth a try. Hope you all had excellent Christmases.

A few weeks before the first stations start this year. I will try to list all I can find that start in early November, so each year you can click here and listen to one fairly close. If any start in your area, add them here. I will stop about the middle of November...by then we should have quite a variety. I can hardly wait!

Ah, what the heck. I'll help you out, tmazanec1. Anyone familiar with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra? Basically they're a rock group that does Christmas songs. One to note would be their version of "Carol of the Bells". I've also noticed that Enya's latest studio album, "And Winter Came", is full of Christmas-esque songs. My father, keeping in mind the time of year, currently plays one of the songs every so often in my home. Very beautiful.

While this isn't considered christmas music persay, I like listening to all three versions of the TNBC soundtrack. I listen to the original, the first re-release, and the Nightmare revisted version.

I thought we would all do our local Christmas music marathon stations, and I would have a selection. I also thought of researching some. But the first one I found was playing Nov 1 and still plays Dec 26, with good songs and no commercials. My favorite Trans-Siberian Express song is the one they played Christmas Eve in Sarajevo.

Slacker radio has some good Christmas music stations. I am listening to WMVX 106.5 in Cleveland...they've been doing Christmas music at least a couple days.

106.5 is now WHLK. I hope they do an early Xmas music marathon this year!
