Well, my family and I are probably going to be going to Europe for two weeks (in the second half of August). This'd be the first time I set foot in Europe since I was three (I was born in Germany, on a Canadian military base). ^_^ We're probably going to be visiting lots of mum's relatives in England (and spend like, a whole day or two just doing the touristy thing in London). Then we're going to be heading to Paris (to test out our French, you know?), and .... What?! ...Okay, my dad just came in and said that we can't go. "Plane tickets too expensive". Yich. Unfair. *sighs in dissapointment* ...Anyway, besides that, we were going to be going to Drumheller for a few days (camping). Drumheller is this small town in southern Alberta (the province I live in), in the middle of the badlands (you know, heat, rocks, little or no plantlife), but it's famous for, well, dinosaurs. Hundreds of fossils have been dug up there over the years, and their Royal Tyrell Museum is very famous (it focusses on just dinosaurs, nothing else - it's awesome. The town's supposed to be the Dinosaur capital of the world, I believe (that or just of North America - can't remember). Plus, they have this reptile place (sorta like a mini zoo) downtown, that I always like to check out (last time I went, I got to hold a young boa constrictor ^_^). So, I hope we actually get to go there, again.

Darn it- I was hoping you'd come to England, so I can stalk you... ;D
Oh, and I know Drumheller! One of my friend's sisters has been there because of the whole dinosaur thing. Fascinating! ;D

Well, I'm going to go eventually - if not this summer, then the next. We spent way too much time filing paperwork to get our British passports to just throw 'em away!

You have to get British passports? Weird...But I guess if I ever wanted to go to America (or Canada) I'd have to get a visa and everything as well. ;D

Since my mum's British (she's lived in Canada for over twenty years, but still isn't a Canadian citizen - just a landed immigrant, or whatever), my siblings and I are automatically British citizens. See, we already had British passports because of that, but we had to get 'em renewed (it's easier to do [and longer lasting, I believe] than just applying for a visa). *nods*

Aaaah. Yeah, like I've got a Maltese passport because my dad's Maltese, so it means that when I'm older I can work there and stuff. Not that I'd want to. ;D

Uhhmmm...someone originally from Malta? It IS a country, although it's fairly small and on an island. I know; I'm being a smart-@$$, but it's late, it's pouring rain in buckets(I HATE rain)and I've had waaay too much diet Mountain Dew. pitbulllady
