Oh yeah, Simba calls Zazu a hornbill, doesn't he. I looked up those on google and some of the pictures sure look like him. =)

I never really had fandoms- it all started when I began to watch old animated films now since the last time I watched them was when I was real little, and they affect me more now.
Randall ... I always used to think he was a creep. But I watched that movie so many times due to a strange ... depression, or something like that. I dunno- I get in strange moods. Anyway, I kept thinking- whos my favorite character? I realized- Sulley and Mike annoy the crap outta me with their little company play at the end x__X;
And I veered towards Randall, since I had a thing for villains then. But I realized, he wasn't a villain, and I loved him anyway. He was my hero ^__^
What probably started fandoms was Lion King- I started to love Timon since I saw TLK 1 1/2. ;D

Yeah.....but it's kinda hard....hmmm....maybe dreaming would give me an idea....
*Scratches head* Weird. I remember having a dream about Iago and Zazu being related and then.....Dr. Robotnick from Sonic comes along....weird... Really? I thought he was a tukan.....guess he is a hornbill since tucans had edges on their beaks.
^_^ His mysteriousness attracts many ^_^

I'm not familiar with Sonic or Monster by Mistake....
I think my first fandoms...when I was VERRRY little...were Disney movies like Dumbo and Cinderella. I'd watch the movies and rewind them and watch them again all day long. And the pink elephant sequence in Dumbo scared me. There were also cartoons like Talespin, Rescue Rangers (I liked Dale), and Heathcliff (I liked Wordsworth, the rollerskating white cat) that I loved, and was always hoping to find plushies of when I went to Toys 'R' Us. ;D
I know there's a line in "I just can't wait to be king" that calls Zazu a hornbill, but I'm sure they're related to toucans! [FROOT LOOPS!! XDD] Had to say that...

That's very interesting, too. I'm 17, and I've had...well...I guess somewhat physical attractions to characters for quite a while. I've loved animated movies since practically the beginning of my life. ;D Lol. Me too. I'm 18 now, and I'm still most physically attracted to animated males. I, too, was raised on and loved animated movies since I existed. Lol. "Snow White", "Bambi", and all those oldies but goodies. Not to mention my enitre baby room was decked out in Mickey & Minnie - no joke. A lot of the character obsessions, most of which I still have today, were just cases of me identifying with the character, idolizing them, wanting to be friends with them, or something like that, I suppose. But certainly in the past few years I have come to discover that my 'perfect men' all seem to be fictional...lol. Lol. Well, you're not the only one there. It seems my "perfect men" have been Randall and Ty. I have a motley crew. lol. I love "Aah Real Monsters" and all those oldschool Nick shows. I like Ickis. And Oblina, and Krumm. My friend named her black cat Ickis after the character, actually! And Stitch--ah! He's a cutie. I discovered Randall in a really simple way: I just watched the movie in a theatre for my little brother's birthday! I'd never seen him before, but I was instantly drawn to him, for more reasons than just his great looks and gracefulness. I honestly never expected to find as many loyal fans of him as I did! I also loved Ickis (though I wasn't attracted - I just thought he was a cute, endearing character). I actually first found out about Randall when we went to the movies. I loved all of Pixar's movies, so I assumed this one had to be good too. However, I was never expecting I'd have a long-lasting interest in Randall! Lol. I think he's the first Disney-classified "villian", I've ever liked. I was one of those people who had to see it a second time for the interest to really sink in. I mean, I knew he was unique and interesting when I first saw him, but it took a second look to get the big interest going. Then I made RFU and thought my site would probably be the last one anyone ever wanted to look at in the MI fandom, because I had this idea that I was one of the very few people who actually liked him. Boy, was I wrong. Yeah, I've found that to be true as well. Except I actually liked Stitch because he was like Randall. . .And it's funny, because every female Ty fan I meet (the very, very few that exist) also seem to be crazy for Randall! Lol. Yeah, it's really unfortunate that people do that. Sadly, I've run into plenty of people who dump their current "obsessions" for new ones like an old hat. Like most of you, I'm loyal to those characters that have lasting impressions with me. Namely, the guys I'm most physically attracted to is limited to Randall Boggs (of course!) and Ty Parsec. I knew they would stay as my "main men", because my attraction seemed to be almost immediate - and that wasn't only because they looked attractive. Attractiveness doesn't seem to keep you loyal to a character (which most young girls seem to focus on when choosing to idolize an animated character), but an interesting, multi-dimensional personality and relating to them does. I don't think many people can stay interested in a character with a flat, "1-D personality". Lol. But, really, I wouldn't say your idea of a "perfect man" is so odd. Lol. Just take a look at our lists. ;D

To Ranger: My baby room had little baby Mickeys, Minnies, and Donalds all over it, along with a Jiminey Cricket snowglobe that I broke....I kept the little Cricket figure from inside it though. ;D
To Sean: A dodo? Like those loony, extinct birds from Ice Age? Really? XD

I remember Nala saying that, but I figured she was just kidding, using it as a derogatory term since dodos were supposed to be so stupid they became extinct (though that wasn't the real reason for it)...like she would've called any bird she didn't like a dodo...at least that's what I've always thought.
