I've missed alot here Never seen much of Bond, so I can't say if I liked it or not. Perhaps I'll like it, kinda detective, action... yeah. Only the fact some are old, and I don't like to see if the blue screen is used. A little bit, okay, but sometimes it's so ugly it disturbes me from the movie...

well, they're cute and walk funny... =P But penguins in a movie, who dance and sing? No man, please! Perhaps they've got an oscar because we need to save the penguins... Melting ice on the north pole and such...

Personally, Happy Feet wasn't too bad. I'm a big lover of songs and music, so maybe that's why it wasn't too bad.

Hmm... I'd say Cars is ok. Not Pixar's best (at least to me it isn't). I thought it was a bit long-winded and *gulp* heh, boring? Sorry to all those Cars fans, but I didn't much like it after a few more viewings than the first.

I liked cars but too bad they didnt put this baby: Those were beauties Al Capone also was fond of Studebakers, and one of his favorite cars was a 1932 Studebaker Dictator. Incidentally, the Studebaker Drivers Club(an international organization)is trying to get Pixar to include a Studebaker as a major character in the sequel to Cars, since it certainly raised awareness of Hudsons, another "orphan" automobile that was little known until the movie came out. I am probably the only one here who was quite fond of the movie, Cars. Part of that could be because I'm from the American South, the heart of NASCAR country, and I grew up in more or less a NASCAR home, but a lot of it actually has to do with another Pixar character who wasn't even in that movie- Randall. Cars is essentially a movie about redemption, about a not-so-likeable character learning humility after finding himself in a not-so-pleasant circumstance, and discovering the things that are REALLY important, and becoming a better "person" for it. Lightning McQueen was arrogant, selfish, loud-mouthed and obsessed with being Number One, over everything else, hardly a likeable character at all. It would be easy to imagine him, given a different set of circumstances, resorting to desperate and unethical measures to regain his spot at the top, should he lose it, but as fate would have it, he wound up getting a much-needed dose of reality in little Radiator Springs. The character arc he undergoes, while a bit rushed(you have to fit it all within a movie that little kids will have to sit through, after all), is the sort I've always envisioned for Randall. Too bad that John Lassetter didn't direct Monsters, Inc., or the ending would have likely been quite different. pitbulllady

Capone: I like the car for it's slick design for a man of power...it even has dictator in the name for sake... ^0^ I wouldn't mind seeing a studebaker in the sequel. Perhaps since it's an around the world thing, he could be like a host in New York, given whatever time it's in ^_^ Route 66 I suppose had quite a history. Unsure if it was there around the time of Capone but ^0^
Actually I think what put people off Pitbulllady is that Cars seemed to drastically pull on a previous movie, Doc Hollywood. They just seem so similiar. Sure, Doc Hollywood is probably a hardly seen film, but still existed... Wall-E was inspired by Hello Dolly, but wasn't directed like a descendant.
Well I think Randall is pretty much knowledge in the realistic ^_^; And he wasn't so much obsessed with being number one ^_^;
