Hey, don't feel bad- I only just saw Fargo. About twenty minutes in, I think .... I recall it's a murder movie about this guy who pays two people to kidnap his wife. At least that's what it said on t.v. And ... he wanted her back? Something like that- I dunno- I was too focused to just see Steve's character on teh scene ;D lol

Yeah Sean, but it was an animated film. I think they only made one version ... only one I've seen, anyway .... Rathereccentric and LGBB-- I'll let you know when I get this idea together ... I'm thinking ... Dogma crossover, since Dogma's got an interesting philosophy ... whatever ;D I'm thinking along the lines of ... an Angel explains that he wasn't meant to die then and there, that he has a good heart and he has to learn to BE good ... ex. don't shoot people. ^^; I just thought, his character's got a sense of humor, even if it is a little dark, and if given the chance, he could be a better person. Does it sound ... okay? Well, first of all, does it make sense? Lol. *scratches head* What's Dogma? ;D

I hated Dogma. With a passion. It was just the biggest piece of garbage I think I've ever seen.

It's some Hollywood movie making an attempted humourous look at religion. Listen, I can take religious humour. I laugh really hard at "Bible Dude" on Mad TV. But I felt this movie took it above and beyond mild offensive humour. It's a complete slap in the face. Chock full of the most stupid humour, gore and general error.
"Two mischievous angels who were laid off by God and are given the boot. Finding themselves banned to Wisconscin, they set out for New Jersey where they find a loophole that will allow them to re-enter heaven. The only problem is it will destroy humanity. An abortion clinic worker who is a descendant of Christ, a wisecracking 13th apostle, a stripper/muse, and mischievous mallrats Jay and Silent Bob band together to stop them."

*Hides in corner*
Well, you know, it takes putting yourself into somebody else's shoes. It doesn't matter what religion they butchered in that movie. Even if it was Hinduism, Juadism or Buddhism, what they did was uncalled for. Say, if you were Jewish for instance, would blasphemy like that not offend you? What I'm trying to say is, if you believe wholeheartedly in something, it's a part of you. Hollywood talks about tolerance and respect and diversity, but what exactly are they doing to enforce that, other than saying simply "The 'N' word is bad!"?

Ahhh ... forget it. I won't have much time for anything anymore anyways, now that school's only five days away. I didn't know I was being against other people by liking it ... then again, I never understood religion nor did I practice it though my parents would love for me to ... so I'm simply venturing in an area where I may just get a bunch of people to get very angry with me ... so, forget it.

Well, for me, school starts again tomorrow and I can't wait. I know I won't be able to do as much writing and art, but it's a worthwhile sacrifice. ;D
