Is this game good? Like what's good and bad about it? I kinda am tempted to buy it, but I'm not sure The good things (highly subjective): - It's HUGE. You get three gamesets/worlds (Incredibles, MU and Pirates of Carribean) to explore, and individual "adventures" like standalone missions and racing levels. You are given missions and challenges to accomplish. Plus, you can donwnload lots of levels both from Disney and Other users for free. You can also create your own levels.
- It isn't exactly linear in narrative. As you work your way through the missions and challenges, new appear. Some advance the story, some don't. The good thing about it is that if you have little time to actually play the game (like I do), you can play just a snippet, save, and get back to it later without missing much action.
- Cross platform. If you have an iPad, you can download a free app and play standalone missions/levels with your purchased characters on-the-go. The controls are kinda tricky on the iPad, but you can get used to it.
The bad things: - You have to pay for aditional worlds, i.e. Cars, Lone Ranger and future releases. However, you always get two figures along with them, so at least you get some consolation for the spent money...
- Once you finish a gameset/world, you cannot just replay it with another character without overwriting the previous save. You keep all the collectibles from a given set, but all the missions are reset.
- Makes you regret a day doesn't have 48 hours so that you could fully utilize the ToyBox (level-building) mode, which is, frankly, quite awesome.
Overall, it's like LittleBigPlanet on Disney steroids (if you know that game). Sounds cool thx for the info! I'll get it someday lol

So i got the game! I like it so far! Randall isn't really a bad guy in the Monsters storyline of the game. The fear tech students are the villains, Randall is one of the MU students who helps you play pranks, along with the OK members. Personally my favorite character is Jack Sparrow, but he can't play in the MU world :\ I haven't done much toybox building yet, but it looks fun!
