Oh! I've had a few!
One of them was weird- probably symbolic of something. I had it a few years back. Still remember it.
It basically involved a kid!Randall about 4, playing with Boo perhaps a few months older than she was in the movie and making sandcastles on a tropical beach (stick with me here). Sulley was his normal age snoring on some beach deck chair with one of those weird hankerchief things on his head you see people in Blackpool on TV wearing (only BALD men wear them- so no idea why Sulley felt he needed one!)
It was hot and sunny, but kid!Randall and Boo were happy enough just making sandcastles next to him while Sulley dozed.
Then the dream skipped forward in time and Sulley woke up and found himself in the middle of a labrinyth made of sand! Sulley was REALLY confused. Boo was there with him and he immediately asked "Where's Randall Boo?", but Boo didn't know. He was gone. Then he picked her up and they went looking for him. For some reason, Sulley couldn't break through the walls- they became stone, really hard stone.
Basically the rest of the dream was the two continuing to look for young Randall. And yet... they weren't alone. There was mysterious ghost like thing... WATCHING Sulley and Boo. It wasn't Randall, I know that but... it was stalking them.
Something in my subconcious told me, whatever it was, had Randall and wanted to add Sulley and Boo to his collection.
I woke up slightly freaked out that night. I was a bit mad though because I never discovered whether they found Randall at all.

lol that's great, I've had dreams of searching for others, but yours is so good. Older Sully watching over young Boo and Randal that's pure gold girl

When Sulley (with Boo) started looking the scene sort of panned out and I was watching from just behind this 'ghost'- but no it didn't have green eyes, nor was transluscent. (Heh.)
The closest things to describe it was that it like a mass of black fog. It wasn't THAT big (perhaps about twice Boo's size). But was still a bit creepy. It also had one long arm quite like a black dead tree branch which it curled around the top of the walls as it watched Sulley and Boo. It was sort of floating above the walls of the maze as they went past and as Sulley was poking his head around corners looking for Randall... and it was following them.
It was stalking them. I don't know why but I knew it had Randall for some reason even though it never showed him being taken in the dream or with this 'ghost'.
It did actually freak me out, like I said.

Nah, fraid not. Do red tips mean something to you? I don't know.
I've had quite a few dreams about M.I characters. I've NEVER had a dream surrounding a movie/cartoon/show/whatever before M.I.. So I guess my subconcious is, at the very least, obsessed with it. Randall has been in all but one of them. And even in THAT one it was sort of inferred that the scene would have shown him- if my dream had continued.
(In that dream I followed two dogs- a rottweiler as well as my OWN dog- a cross between a lab and retriever by the way, onto a train. I then got off the train and there were alot of people there- alien/monster and human or whatever- no-one seemed to think it odd in anyway. Then I heard voices, followed them and saw Sulley, Mike and Boo in a swamp. Looking for something. Not hard to guess what. Mike was moaning or something but I don't know I didn't spend much attention to him. I was sort of in the dream but neither Sulley or Mike acknowledged me, or MY dog- just paying attention to the Rottweiler -Sulley patted its head anyway-. Only BOO and the DOGS saw me at all. Like I was a ghost and she was that kid from the sixth sense I guess and the dogs had it too. Or something. It was weird.)
Randall has never been a single M.I. character. He's always been with Boo or Sulley or both. Mike doesn't tend to turn up much but he has on occasion.
The shortest one I had was where Boo and Randall switched ages or something?! Very strange. Basically a grown up Boo babysitting a young Randall.
Very very weird.
Another one had kid!Randall and Boo in the same class at school with this black kid (who later probably became Jack in my fanfic- and was in another M.I. dream too though aged up), mucking about with paints and other things like Boo dragging him off to play 'kickball' when her and -Jack's- team who were one person short. I got the impression Randall might have been a new kid or something. He was also the only monster in a school full of humans.
Another had Sulley and teen!Boo looking (why do so many people go LOOKING for people in my dreams?) for Mike. At a high school. I think it must have been a parents day or something, and Sulley was Boo's parent (lol). Anyway, they bump into Randall who was a TEACHER going out for some smokes on his break at the school and ask him where Mike was. Mike was later found stuffed in a locker. He wasn't happy. (snorts)
Then the dream continued somewhat on another night. Like Sulley and Boo living as a single-father-daughter kind of way. And Randall and them were visiting this single black woman and her son (-Jack- again) for dinner. It wasn't any special event- it just seemed like just a regular thing they all just DID. And -Jack -wanted to know something about a test or something and Boo wanted to know to. But Randall wasn't telling them ANYTHING just told them to study more if they were so worried.
Yeah...
-Looks back at dreams-
Obsessed... That's what I am.

I finally dream about Randal, I think he was being nice, and I forget most of it, I think it was too short, but I got to stare at him a bit.

It's been a long time since I had a Randall-related dream, but I had a doozy of a dream last night! I had to wait awhile before posting this long a post since I've been at work all day for our parent-teacher conferences, and the Boggs Board is blocked by our server.
Anyway, this one was a first in that it was the only Randall-related dream in which I was actually present and experiencing the whole thing. All the rest were like tv commercials or "trailers" for a movie or something, in that I was watching, but not participating. I was actually IN this one, and we were together...as in TOGETHER-together(if you're from the South, you'll get it). It was still a rather odd dream, though. What was strangest is that there was another woman in this dream, and she and I were good friends, and she had apparently been the one who'd initially introduced me to Randall. HE was living in some little townhouse in some small town somewhere nearby, on a street corner, sort of across from a little small-town movie theater, and one of the issues was that patrons of the theater would throw their empty popcorn cartons and drink cups into his front yard when they left the theater, so there was some sort of feud between him and the theater owners that really didn't play much part of the dream. One of the odd parts was that this woman, who didn't even have a name in the dream, was NOT the sort of person I'm usually likely to be friends with. She was a sort of quasi-Animal Rights supporter, for one thing, who believed that all cats and dogs should be spayed/neutered and who actually made a statement to the effect of "I'd be a vegan if it weren't for chicken", or something like that. She was against people breeding purebred dogs or buying dogs from a breeder and insisted that the only good dogs were those that were "rescued" or "adopted" from a shelter. She had three "rescued" dogs herself, a medium-sized tan-and-white mutt named "Cody" who was actually a girl, a yappy, hyper Rat Terrier and some tiny little Chihuahua mix thing. At one point the three of us-her, me and Randall-went to some sort of outdoor carnival/fair thingie, and she took all of her dogs with her. These were NOT well-trained or well-behaved dogs, especially Cody, and the woman kept going, "Cody, stop it! Cody, behave yourself!", etc. At some point it became obvious that many of the other people there thought that RANDALL was "Cody", and when the woman had to explain that Cody was the DOG to some random person, Randall just laughed it off, saying, "It's OK. Lots of people mistake me for a dog...all of my ex-girlfriends tell me I'm a dog, anways, so it's an easy mistake". At some point he sorta whispered to me that our mutual friend "needed to have Cesar Milan on speed dial". We wound up sitting in folding lawn chairs with this old couple discussing horses and NASCAR for awhile, then went back to this woman's' house...by BOAT, mind you, as it was apparently on the shores of Lake Wateree, and we had to clamber up this rather steep and slippery red clay bank, with Randall's assistance. After entering the house, I discovered a conspicuous yellow puddle on the tile floor in what was apparently a sun room, and told the woman, "Uh-oh, looks like somebody peed on the floor"(it has obviously been Cody, who was already acting "guilty", and if you've seen a dog that's been "busted" doing something it knows it's not supposed to do, you know that look), whereupon Randall, who was descending a flight of stairs, said, "It wasn't ME! I might have done some pretty bad stuff over the years, but p***in' on the floor ain't one of 'em...well, except for that one time back in my sophomore year in college...but that TOTALLY was NOT my fault! There were extenuating circumstances." Just like him and his self-deprecating sense of humor!
At some point he and I wound up back at his place, and we were apparently planning a date, and I said, "you aren't gonna show up to pick me up on the John Deere again, are you?" He responded with, "Look, I'm from Indiana; you're lucky that the combine broke an axle, otherwise I'da shown up on THAT instead!" And THEN things started to get pretty good, if y'all can get the drift...and then my &*^%ing alarm clock went off.

Well...that's certainly bizarre, especially the idea of a friend being an Animal Rights extremist, whose ideology you are opposed to.

Sounds like an interesting dream. LOL.
I don't really think much of dream interpretations except for fun.
But pets (apparently) mean unconditional love/acceptance.
I almost forgot about this thread!
I did have a weird one a week or two ago where Randall was suddenly Sulley's age, Boo was Randall's age and Sulley's was Boo's age as the ages were in the movie. They were just in this white space with some ball and Sulley was kind of sucking his thumb while boncing it at the same time. Older!Boo was hugging him and Randall was just smirking for some reason as he watched sitting right beside them.
...
That was a bit weird as you can probably imagine. Not sure what that exactly meant (I mean though in my story Randall is nearing Sulley's probable movie age and Boo is getting closer to his). I mean I do have a furry little kid monster in my story though but he's no relation...
Then again I've dreamt Randall and Boo at different ages before as you guys already know. First time I've done it for Sulley though.

Sounds like Randall hehehe ^0^ And guess the running gag him and Vee have together has some grounds at least with him ^0^
Dreams can be rather mysterious, and you don't know exactly how they form themselves and how they pop up.....and when someone familiar pops in as well ^0^

I don't put much stock in dream interpretation, at least not some "standardized" version. Different images mean different things to different people. Most dream interpreters will tell you that a snake represents an enemy in your dreams, because to many people, snakes are something to fear and hate and most people assume that snakes are mean, spiteful, evil creatures that are out to "get" us or hurt us in some way. I, of course, do not hold that view. I dream about snakes quite often, and unless something bad is happening to the snake, I certainly would not consider those dreams to be nightmares or to have any threatening quality.
As for Randall-related dreams, it's rather odd that I don't have them more often, considering how often I conciously think of him! This is, as I stated, the first time I've ever had a dream of him in which I seemed to be experiencing the events myself. All the others were more like something I was watching on tv, seeing it, but not a part of it. It was also the first dream I've had in which there was an obvious attraction between me and a male character which I find attractive. I've only had one dream, for instance, which had me and Wilt in it, and while it seemed that we'd been a couple for quite some time, we weren't exactly hitting it off in this dream. In fact, he was quite P.O'ed with me for volunteering to babysit Cheese for a weekend and wound up giving me the "cold shoulder" treatment. Randall, on the other hand, in this latest dream was a very warm and outgoing individual, taking the whole thing of having people constantly getting him and the dog confused with each other in stride, and exhibiting that same sense of humor that he shows in the "Bloopers" out-takes on the DVD and even in that scene where he's arriving at the Scream Extractor bay with "the kid", and tries to lighten things up a bit by making references to "while we're still young, here" and "kid needs to take off a few pounds". In other words, he was exactly as I figure him to be without all that stress and other negative influences.
